*let them see who you are,
» HAIR: Evelyn has brown longer than shoulder length hair that is naturally a wavy but she straightens it from time to time.
» EYES: Her eyes are a shade of sapphire
» HEIGHT/WEIGHT: She's a taller than the average girl at 5'6" and weighs roughly 108 pounds
» DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Evelyn has a simple tattoo of an anchor on her wrist [x]
» STYLE: Her style varies with her mood, some days she'll just put on a hoodie and a messy-up do, or the next she'll wear leather, though mainly she tries to find clothing from thrift stores, always searching for the kind of clothing nobody else has.
» OVERALL: Evelyn has always found a certain joy in fashion, not as in 'got to have all the trends' sort of way, but more or less as a fun yet obsessive game . She treats her outer appearance as if it was a doll, or an empty canvas, but simply not as if she was a living breathing human being. And she will do whatever she can to make that doll look absolutely perfect, to make the canvas into a masterpiece, even if it hurts. Evelyn's appearance always has to look good, perfectionism at its worst, she'll spend hours making sure her make up is perfect and her clothes look absolutely perfect. If everything is not perfect then she'll refuse to go outside, she'll refuse to even show her face to anyone. Otherwise she's absolutely afraid of what people will think of her. She doesn't want them to judge her, she doesn't want them to see her flaws and insecurities, so she simply pretends she doesn't have them by putting on the best looks. Because of course the beautiful are never unhappy. This perfectionism that Evelyn faces with her appearance contributes to a eating disorder that she has had on and off, mainly on. she's honestly afraid of what anorexia can do to your body, we all know the effects, but she loves the feeling of being skinny far more than the fear of consequences.
The sad truth is that Evelyn isn't an ugly girl without all the make up and expensive clothes. She looks just find on those days that she thinks she looks exactly like a disaster. She's just a scared insecure little girl that has seen how cruel the world can be to the ugly. She doesn't want to face that, and she makes sure that she never will. Evelyn is also hesitant to take compliments, but receiving insults just beat her down and slowly eat her alive.
*shine through the darkness,
» LIKES: Coffee, adrenaline rushes, traveling, the rain, music, anything physical, the smell before rain, learning, being carefree.
» DISLIKES: Being told what to do, fighting, being alone, people who worry too much, flaws, depression, responsibilities, waking up in the morning & going to sleep at night.
» STRENGTHS: She's dynamic/interesting, intelligent, loyal, competitive, clever/charming with her words.
» WEAKNESSES: Depressive, obsessive, she runs-away from her problems a lot, she gets scared and lonely very often, never asks for help, isn't the best at staying in relationships, unreliable.
» SECRETS: Evelyn is a closeted lesbian. Not because she's afraid of what people will think, she's just afraid to admit it to herself. She wants to believe that she is straight and likes boys, but that isn't the case at all. She dates girls, but she does get very insecure about it. Nobody knows about her anorexia or how obsessive she is about her appearance since she tries to play it off that she is fine. Also she is hiding her depression behind her smile which is crawling right below her skin and affects everything she does and feels.
» GOALS: Evelyn wants to be happy again, to live a life that isn't tainted by depression. She wants to one day marry a girl and have a loving family of two children since Evelyn just adores children. Evelyn also wants to go to college, undecided major at the moment, but it is still an aspiration.
» OVERALL PERSONALITY: Evelyn is a collection of many different things and at the same time she is like no one you've ever met. she is a very spontaneous person. this derives from the fact that she is trying to find a point in living. She finds no amusement in the routine in life, and is honestly afraid of the days that she gets a job. Life in the future seems repetition. Growing up to get a job, then to consume, then to die. Or getting a job in order to pay for your children to go to college so they can pay for their children to go to college. This whole repetitive life is something Evelyn doesn't see a point to. She wants to find something more to life so she is always searching for new things to do, and trying not to be like any other mediocre girl.
Evelyn is also not a very fearful person. Besides from her fears of depression and being alone Evelyn does not fear death, she more or less welcomes it. She will do the sort of things that normal people would think crazy. Thusly she partakes in some very risky behaviors and finds herself often screwing up every single thing that she does. She lets things fall through her fingers often because she doesn't quite see the point of holding onto everything. This often results in her falling into depressive states. When she is in these depressions she often stays away from people and doesn't talk much, and/or partakes in even more risky situations in hopes that one of these days they end up killing her.

» HISTORY: Evelyn always use to hope that at one point her parents did love each other, unconditionally. She hoped that their wedding day was the best day of their life, and she wished that they hoped for happier days still to come. She hoped that she was conceived by people who loved each other very much and that maybe things just turned for the worst after a few years. She just hoped that they didn't try to make something work that was destined to fail. She wanted them to have been at least happy at one point of their lives. That's what she wanted at least out of her past.
Evelyn was born in New York to two parents and two siblings. Her baby years were like any other. She was spoiled and given everything she wanted, and her siblings were always jealous and toying with her. Evelyn may have cried a lot as a baby, but these were in fact the best years of her family life. When Evelyn was about four years old her mom was pregnant with her sister that would be named Laken. This would be the last child they were planning to have and they seemed to be very excited about her. They wanted to spoil Laken so much more than Evelyn. Evelyn was in fact jealous over this and time to time complained about it, but this wasn't all that big a deal. On the day her mother was going into labor Evelyn stayed home, too young they thought to go to the hospital. but the next few days her mother came home without a pregnant stomach or a baby. Evelyn was too young to realize why this was and often asked where Laken was, maybe celebrating in the back of her head because she knew Laken wasn't around to be spoiled. This made her mother cry a lot. Evelyn would not fully understand that her mother had miscarried until a few more years, but she would soon discover that the disappointed of Laken was a horrible thing.
Her mother was rapidly falling into a depression, and her father was starting to drink more and more as the days went by. Her parents started to fight a lot. So much that Evelyn spent a lot of her time hiding in her room. Her dad's drinking would get so out of hand that she would sometimes find him laying on the ground from time to time. the fighting was getting horrible because of his alcohol problem. They would shatter plates that they'd throw at each other, and kick holes into the walls when they tried to kick each other. They would break the sort of collections they had and they loved while screaming at each other. Every fight made Evelyn more and more afraid and scared.
When Evelyn was about 13 years old her mother had given her a letter that she wasn't allowed to open until a certain time. Her mother went on a walk after that and Evelyn giddily awaiting the time she was allowed to read it. At this time the fighting between her parents had become more of a normality. It still affected her, but it had now become something she grew up with, a part of her every day life. When the time came for Evelyn to open the envelope she quickly ripped it open thinking some hidden prize would be inside it. Though what was really inside it was more horrifying than Evelyn could have ever imagined.
"I cannot take this any longer; I love you all very much, but I no longer like my life... "
There sat the first sentence of the page, just a few simple words, but combined they were the single most horrifying sentence that any one could have ever read. Evelyn didn't know what to think as she read through this letter. She had known her mother was facing a depression, and the fighting was turning her into a narcotic mother, but suicide? Eventually Evelyn's father got ahold of the letter, and when he did he yelled at Evelyn over and over. She should have given him the letter sooner, it would be her fault if she did commit suicide because of this, and so on. This moment would be a moment that Evelyn would never forget. She would always blame this attempt of suicide on herself. eventually they found her mother somewhere in the forest alone and crying. They brought her back home but she was lifeless. That was the first day that Evelyn had ever seen both her parents crying.
Her mother would attempt suicide a few more times through Evelyn's life and she still faces this. Evelyn has been affect by these attempts and depression and is slowly beginning to believe in a nihilist lifestyle, that there really is no point in living. Evelyn doesn't tell anyone about her mother's attempts of suicide or the fact that her parents still fight after all of this. the whole situation has made Evelyn rather numb about her feelings for family. She just wants to get out of her house at this point. Her father is progressively worst every day, now fighting with her and her siblings, blaming more of their mother's problems on them, when really his drinking problem is the reason for a lot of her mother's current depressions. Evelyn can longer stand her family life.

» RP SAMPLE:Zero closed his eyes lightly, he let out some more breathe, which was know tainted with the essence of smoke. Which Zero still delighted, but it most likely bothered the girl. Which was also quite the delight. He stared at the girl with his eyes only slightly open. She wasn't too interesting. She wasn't the usualy pick up anyways. The only reason he was really trying hard with getting this girl was because of pure curiosity. And well, hunger aided in the want too. Too bad her frame was probably cleaned from every nook to every cranny. He liked them dirty. It added texture along with the blackened blood. Hah. He was still leaning on the red bricks of the building. But because of the darkening side of the shadow they were looking close to maroon. The street light beside them was now flickering on. Zero guided a hand to cover himself from it. He hated the light that it emitted. Far to bright for his liking.
Zero stood with one foot was down on the concrete, and one foot was bent back to lay flat onto the dark bricks of the building. It was one of those stoner positions. You know, how stoners think they're cool and so they make a cool pose so people will look over. Too bad the rest of the people who weren't standing around getting high coughed at the sight of those Burn outs. Hah every other person who looked at these so called Burn Outs would wonder 'What's Wrong With Kids These Days?' And Zero would simply reply nothing. But heck he was the farthest thing from a kid, and he was quite far from a human too. He was ashamed to look remotely like one. But still those humans thought of him as a mess up. I wonder what they thought of him after they saw him over one of their kin. A beautiful sight for him, but a nightmare for them. It was funny, the humans were so pathetic. Dead children were the best. Did they wonder what was wrong with the poor teenage boy Zero? Because there was nothing wrong with Zero. Oh nothing wrong at all. He was the perfect vampire. Ruthless and Daring. He cared less what the world thought of him. He lived for the blood and lived for the high. The rest of life didn't matter. The rest of life was just uneeded complications. Why live the hard life when the laid back life was so sweet, and easier than one, two, three. In the slow lane there was no problems. You always had a cigarette in your mouth and a girl by your side in the morning. And another blood splatter painting your sheets.
He would have cackled from the thought, of beautiful blood. But that would be rude to the dear nun. He was talking with the nun child and he would be very kind to her. Because that's how you treat little girls. You treat them with fairness and sweetheateness. Always kind. Hah, was kind even in his vocabulary? Was kind even if anyones vocabulary? Didn't everyone live to step on others? Because that was how Zero lived. Just to squash little girls faces in. Literally. Kind meant nothing other than a four letter word. Just like love, but nothing like hate.
After Zero decided to pay attention to the girl again, he realized the looks on her face when smothered with smoke. He chuckled when he looked at her expression. The way she looked as if she would throw up from a few beautiful fumes of a cigarette almost made Zero laugh again. This girl sure was being funny. As funny as it is to step on a bug and watch it's legs twitch, or to cut a chicken's head off and watch it run around for a good five minutes. Histarical and twisted. Just the way Zero liked it. She flinched like a little girl. She practicully was a little girl. Still following mommies little rules like the world would exploud if she didn't. She probably cried when she did wrong doing also. Funny stuff. Zero hadn't met a girl in his life that flinched like that when smoke was blown in their face. Well, vampires flinched a lot from smoke, but they were a whole different story.
Zero could not treat his fellow vampires as he treated the humans. Hell, if those vampires knew half the things he did to the humans they'd probably think Zero as a monster. They weren't far off though. Zero even refered to himself as a monster. Proudly. Zero couldn't help but play with his food before devouring. It made life more interesting. It made him feel alive. Blood covering a girl while he pleasured her. It was a beautiful act of murder. The screams. They were beautiful. The harsher the scream, the more lively Zero felt. As if he was the death bringer. He felt power with killing. He felt power with the screams. He felt power when he felt alive. Sure, the hickies looked awful, but what did they matter when they were on a dead body? It only made their lifeless corspse and even beautifuller canvas or murderous art.
But most vampires weren't like that. Most vampires dispised it really. Some vampires tried hiding in with they humans. He couldn't understand them. Those vampires got their blood supply from a hospital. It was an easy gain of blood, but no adrenaline was involved. It was like buying a soda out of the soda machine! There was no fun to it, and no twisted laughter. No screams, nor claw marks across the humans backs. Little pricks those kind of vampires were. They were neglecting their right as a vampire. Did they realize how big a priviledge it was to be a monster of the night? Devour on humans without them having a dying chance? Did they realize how powerful they were? Why did they insist on hiding? Because of how populated the humans were? Because Zero could change that factor in a matter of secounds. Those kind of vampires worried too much on the big picture and needed to think back the small. The picture that only involved themselves. Why didn;t they live just to save their own hides instead of looking out for the hope of them all? Because they needed to realize that a vampire can take care of themselves. They were amazing killers of the night. Not hiders. The beauty of murder was too unaware by vampires of the modern world. He hoped they'd all die, the ones who find harm in murder. The ones that live through the day, still smoked just for the laughs and the reminder of feelingless days, were the ones that deserved to live. Not the pussies that were too worried about every little detail and safety. People needed to take a chance, or death would surely overcome them. Well if the nun girl decided to smoke the cigarette he had attempted giving her, would not change the outcome of her death. She would always be his little treat. As he let in the smell of her blood. He would never forget it. She was his new mark.
Zero watched the girl bow before him. Now that was pathetic. Bowing to the man that was smoking on the corner of a street. Didn't that girl learn not to bow the bad men? Bowing to the men who just so rudely blow some smoke rings into her face suffocating her with a smoke. The man that was going to make her do something she would not want to go along with. Was the church really corrupting the minds of children so badly that they let bad men do bad things to them with just a bow in return? Zero snicked. Oh lucky him. He could do anything to this girl, oh anything and she would just bow back. How easily delicious. But how could anyone ever listen to those god damn churches anyways? Though they made easily pleased children, they made the world one hell of a place. Ironic. they put fake things in minds and those minds actually followed them. And blindly too! Did anyone know the dangers of following things blindly? Did anyone else have the thought that god was just a bunch of patoue? Or was Zero just crazy? Hah. Oh wait, he was. Murderously insane at that.
Zero blew out a fierce sprew of smoke. Annoyed that the girl would ever leave him in the middle of a conversation. Now that wasn't polite of her. Didn't little good girl's dare to be bad? Why did she refuse him so easily? Didn't they yearn to try something bad? Or did the church corrupt the people so much that they didn't want to be anything other than good. Ah disgusting. But maybe she didn't know what she truley wanted, and Zero would greet her greatfully to open up that side of her. Zero skipped over to the girl as she walked away. He cracked up when he heard her little prayer to him. If only she knew that she was blessing a vampire. That was ironic too. Funny though. He hopped his laughing at her beliefs would make her take offence. He liked offending people. It was pretty damn funny to see people get personal about the things they cares passionatley about. They'd sometimes give up their lives to prove their love of the belief. And Zero just wanted to know how attached to religion this girl really was. Zero bet there was a little girl dreaming to be a rebel inside of her. It was the same old story. But Zero wanted to know for sure, just for a quick laugh.
Zero followed her slowly until he was right behind her. When he got there he instantly wrapped an arm around her neck and looked at her with a gorgeous smirk showing his fangs. But it was completely unlikely that she'd instantly think him as a vampire because of that. He enjoyed the aroma of the juicy neck beside him. He'd do anything to rip it open. But he must have his fun with her before. It gave a big hide, for the sake of being killed by other vampires, from him. He held his cigarette in his mouth and the one he attempted giving to her in the other. "Oh come on." He grunted at her while swaying the cigarette toward her face. "I'll light it and everything." Zero took out the cigarette from his mouth and lit the other with the end and winked. "Just take it." He commanded again. Swaying the lit cigaretter before her face, letting the smoke enter her system.
But Zero's eyes were converted to the other side when a strange ounce of a different blood entered his nostrils. His red eyes glanced at another vampire. Zero scrunched up his nose and let out a slight growl symboling to the vampire that he knew what she was trying to do. Eitehr steal his mark, or try to stop him. She may be one of those vegitarian of hospital feeding vampires. Which no matter what made her highly unlikeable to Zero. He could already tell at this moment he would not like her or fancy this conversation with her. "There's a whole street here." He growled at her obvious collision.
