It was ridiculous how much alcohol Aaron had consumed already, but he wasn't planning on stopping now. He had had a huge blowout argument with his dad just seconds before he'd walked out of the door to head to this party, and now here were the consequences. He was leaning against the wall trying not to wobble, and a plastic and overused cup half full of alcohol in hand. He'd already flirted with half of the female population there, and now he was leaning against the wall to try and regain some of his senses. Aaron glanced down at the cup in his hands, his eyebrows furrowing as he tried to recollect how much he'd had to drink. Was it four? Or maybe it was five. Well in any case, whatever the number, Aaron wasn't through just yet. A part of him, the tiny part left of his actual sanity, was screaming at him to stop unless he wanted to get alcohol poisoning, but Aaron just didn't care anymore.
Crap, Aaron thought as the room sort of rotated when he tried to move away from the wall. There was no mistake that he would definitely be regretting this night in the morning, if he could even manage to stumble back home. Quite frankly, Aaron wasn't even sure where home was at that point. He was just too drunk to really give a flying flip. Aaron took another long drink out of the cup and, for the first time that night, set it down and abandoned it as he went in search of people to talk to. Standing alone in the corner and sulking angrily just wasn't what he wanted to do right now. He was at a party, so there was no reason for him to be alone and cynical.
Aaron wandered through the crowd of people, occasionally stopping here and there to talk in slurred and broken speech to girls, before he meandered off over to the couch, plopping down and resting his head against the back of it to stop the room from swirling around again. Damn, I'm out of it, Aaron thought, though it was even hard to think straight. He closed his eyes for a moment, then opened them and glanced around the room again. He was just about to get up and go to the kitchen to maybe get some water to help his issues, but then he saw someone he thought he recognized in the crowd, and stood up to go talk to her.
What's her name again? Aaron wondered, his thought blurring together much like his speech. He bit his lip and squinted a bit as he walked over to her, then his expression smoothed out as he thought of it. It's Jenny! Right? Or maybe it's Jennifer. Or Jenna? Or maybe it was Gemma? Crap, what was it? Aaron continued to scramble for her name as he neared her. Though he couldn't quite remember it, he spun her around anyway and grinned down at her. After he'd managed to do that successfully, Aaron's first basic thought that she was pretty damn sexy. The sane part of his brain wondered where that had come from, because normally Aaron reserved a bit more class than that, but his normal thought was pushed aside.
"Jen...na," Aaron said, hoping that he'd at least gotten her name right. "How's it going?" Oh yeah, his words were definitely slurred big time. He grinned a bit wider then winked at her. "You still look as sexy as ever." Inwardly, Aaron wasn't really happy with his current attempt at flirting, because it was definitely not as smooth as he'd like. He tried his best to keep his words from slurring together, but they generally did in the end, and he had a feeling that wouldn't help. Quite honestly, he had no idea what Jenna was like, but basically the only thought on his mind was how to get her into bed without much hassle.

if you could put dumb in a shot glass
"I mean, I thought it was kind of dumb but whatever, I didn't have much of a say," Jenna laughed and ran her free hand through her long brunette hair. Ah, how she loved parties. Although the majority of kids at Belmont, and essentially Manhattan in general, would prefer to get completely wasted during times like these, Jenna loved just talking to people. It was safe to say she was typically the life of the party, striking up a loud conversation wherever necessary. She kept the parties fun, although earning herself snotty looks and annoyed glances from other girls. Jenna's motto was that you only lived once, and life was too short to just sit around and make snotty gestures at someone that was obviously just trying to make things fun and exciting for everyone else.
She lifted the plastic cup to her lips and took a sip of it's contents. It was something fruity, nothing strong, with barely any alcohol in it. See, Jenna didn't like to get drunk- in fact, she had never been drunk in her life. Yes, she drank from time to time at parties but once she got to that point that she started to sort of feel the buzz a little more than she should, she knew she needed to stop. Jenna Taylor knew her limits, and she was not about to be that crazy drunk bitch at the party. If she was going to get on girl's nerves, it was because she was was herself and they were jealous; not because she was some sloppy wasted slut. No, that wasn't Jenna at all. She was much more... dignified.
Jenna felt an arm spin her around as she spilled a little bit of the drink onto the floor. Her eyebrows furrowed in slight frustration and annoyance at the boy who was clearly drunk. She soon recognized him as Aaron Shields, she'd seen him around school and at various parties, she just happened to pick up his name.
[/font] "Hey," Jenna replied over the loud music, "It's going... uh, fine," She spoke again, "Thanks, how are you?" It was obvious that the boy was completely hammered and looking for someone to get with, but Jenna didn't want to completely jump the gun and assume that already. Maybe Aaron just wanted conversation with her? Maybe his compliment was harmless. She got called 'hot' a lot or 'beautiful' in a form of flattery, but she rarely got 'sexy' anymore. Usually guys referred to girls as 'sexy' when they had an obvious sex appeal, and seeing as how most guys knew they wouldn't get Jenna Taylor in bed, they simply stuck with 'hot'. Aaron was brave, she'd give him that. But it probably wasn't Aaron, it was more than likely the alcohol talking.

Being a complete and total idiot generally wasn't something Aaron prided himself on, but tonight was probably an exception. Even he knew that he was being a complete and total dumbass, but he just couldn't help it. A part of him realized that it was a good likelihood that in the morning he'd want to kill himself - if he even managed to remember what he'd done the previous night, of course - but Aaron was completely tuning that part out right now. His brain was a blur of fuzz, and Aaron sort of liked it. His father, by now, was probably the furthest thing from his brain. The first and foremost was Jenna, and how Aaron wished he could figure out why the hell he wasn't being as smooth and just lightly flirt with her. Laying it on heavy right away wasn't his forte generally, but tonight was apparently just one of those stupid nights.
When she replied, Aaron had to basically force himself to stop teetering on his feet. It was embarrassing, Aaron knew, and he hated coming off as a complete idiot. Besides, it wasn't like the girl probably wanted to jump in bed with him anyway, and he was definitely making things worse. That was something he actually realized, but it was only for a split second before he was resuming his flirting. "I never see you around much," he said, shooting her a teasing sort of grin. "I'm thinking that maybe we should hang out together sometime." Though he didn't say it outright, Aaron wasn't exactly thinking of "hanging out" in a general friendly type of way. He wasn't quite sure if he'd come across that way when he'd said that, because honestly he had no idea how to control his tone anymore.
"So Jenna, doing anything after the p-party?" he asked after a moment, then winked at her suggestively. "Because if you aren't, I'm s-sure I can show you a good time." Yeah, there was definitely no mistaking what he was wanting anymore. Aaron felt like he was probably screwing up the whole approach to this matter, but he didn't care. He knew what he wanted, and he was determined to get it. Prooobably won't, his brain suddenly supplied, and Aaron found himself inwardly annoyed. He shifted a bit on his feet, making the room spin slightly again.
Damn, this is completely pathetic, Aaron thought in slight annoyance. Normally it was so easy for him to smooth talk someone, especially when he'd never met them before. Right now, however, the alcohol was being a pain in the ass and keeping him from his proper actions. Aaron sort of felt a twinge of regret that he'd had that much to drink, but then thoughts of his father floated to the surface of his brain and he suddenly wanted more. Aaron glanced at the cup she was holding, then looked back at her face. "Mind sharing?" he asked, cocking his head to the side curiously. "Because I r-really, really need another drink," he slurred, then cleared his throat to make it look like he hadn't. Something told him that if he appeared too drunk, she wouldn't give him a drink, and he really wanted that drink.

if you could put dumb in a shot glass
Jenna watched the boy slurring through his words and constantly losing feel for his balance. This was the exact reason why Jenna didn't get drunk. Aaron was definitely attractive, and if she hadn't been in her right mind she probably would have dumbly accepted his offer. Sober Jenna of course knew that would be the last thing she needed, she had a little bit more dignity than that."I'm pretty sure the last thing you need is another drink," Jenna told Aaron straight up, ignoring his offer to leave the party together.
What did she look like? Some girl that would leave a party with some guy that was essentially a stranger? Jenna snorted at the lack of class that some girls had nowdays, to the point where that was where guys at parties set their standards. It was disgusting, she thought. "Look, you seem cool and all but you're obviously looking for a one night stand, and that's obviously not going to be me," Jenna sort of gave off a semi non-humorous near the end of her sentence as if to say "yeah right, you wish." only less bitchy. "So, if you want you can leave right now and we can totally forgot this ever happened."
Jenna tried her absolute best not to judge people solely based on their behaviors at parties. She knew that after adding alcohol into the mix girls became much more trashy and guys became more like jerks- it just wasn't a good idea. There had been plenty of guys in the past that were so determined to get with Jenna at parties that wouldn't dare say two words to her at school. In all honesty, it sort of humored the small junior. After granting Aaron his grace, Jenna turned back around to continue on her conversation, assuming Aaron would take that as his cue to leave her be. Typically drunk guys at parties didn't really go for the girls that were a "challenge", seeing as how few of them there were. She knew what Aaron wanted, he made it perfectly clear in his tone and words, but Jenna just simply put was not that girl.

A frown slipped onto Aaron's face as she denied both him and letting him have another drink. No fair, Aaron thought rather childishly, his eyebrows pulling together as his frowned turned to more of a pouting look. She had turned around too. That was definitely not going to help things. Aaron wondered how he could get her attention again, because she obviously was making it clear to him that she was not interested, and even in his drunk state he wasn't completely stupid. Well, alright, yeah he was. But he could tell that he wasn't going to get anywhere with flirting with her like this. Maybe if he tried being nice? Aaron frowned harder. How was he going to do that? He just wanted to get into her pants, honestly. It shouldn't have been this hard, but she was making it difficult for him to get anywhere. Well, he'd just...Aaron blinked. He had no idea what to do.
Maybe I should talk to her later, when I won't int...inter...whatever that word is, he mused, glancing at her group and noticing that they were listening to her talk. Should he get more to drink? That would probably be a completely stupid idea too, but Aaron figured one more couldn't hurt that much. He had a limit, and five...or was it six?...was definitely under it. Aaron thought for a few more minutes, then brightened considerably as he went off to get another drink and then maybe resume a conversation with Jenna later. After all, she wouldn't always be with her friends. Right? Aaron frowned before taking a sip of the drink he'd had someone else pour for him. Oh well, if she is, I guess I'll...int...shit, Aaron hiccuped into his cup, then cleared his throat. He still had no idea what the word he was looking for was called.
It wasn't more than a hour later when Aaron saw her again and tossed his drink away and went over to her. Maybe if he apologized, he could get into her good graces? Girls liked apologizes when guys were being assholes, right? He hoped she'd take it, because if she didn't Aaron wasn't quite sure what he'd do. In all truth, he'd probably just forget it and attempt to go home, even though the sober part of him (that was completely buried underneath intoxication) knew that there would be a wonderfully high chance of him crashing and dying. After noting that she didn't seem to be preoccupied with talking to someone, though Aaron wasn't quite sure where she was going, he tapped her on the shoulder lightly.
"I'm-," Aaron cut off with a slight hiccup again, and he frowned in annoyance. Well of course he'd start hiccuping again, as soon as he was trying to not seem like such a doofus. Aaron cleared his throat and tried again. "I'm s-sorry about earlier. I was an a-ass," he said, doing his best not to slur. For having six drinks, he was pretty proud of the minimal sputter in his voice. He cocked his head to the side curiously. "Where're y-you h-heading anyway?" he questioned. A part of him still hoped he could get her to hang around with him, though Aaron had a feeling that he'd blown that earlier when he'd tried to flirt and utterly failed at that.

if you could put dumb in a shot glass
Finally. Aaron had finally left Jenna in peace, accepting her offer to just leave and pretend nothing ever happened between them. Personally, Jenna thought that was his smartest decision of the night. Jenna was unfortunately used to random guys taking her for some slut at a party, just because she was loud and enjoyed attention. Big deal. She knew plenty of people like that... well, not necessarily sober ones, but who cares? That was just Jenna. At least she knew by now how to handle drunk guys hitting on her at parties. It was sad, but definitely an important life trait to carry with you, or at least Jenna thought so.
An hour had passed and Jenna had moved on to another group of people at the party. Just casual talk though, nothing serious. Usually Jenna found at least one person that she'd have a serious, in depth conversation with at any party; whether they were new to the area or just typically weren't as sociable as Jenna was. That was fine, Jenna loved bringing people out of their shell. She thought everyone had a loud, talkative side to them, even if they were the quietest bookworm on a daily basis. Or so Jenna figured that... because she was typically loud and talkative and she had her quiet bookworm days. Is that how things worked?
Jenna could have screamed when she saw Aaron approaching her again. Really? This again? She let out a heavy sigh, preparing to tell him off before hearing his apology. Well, that was nice. Guys usually didn't return and apology, so Jenna would definitely give him that much, if anything. Though, he was clearly still interested in finding out what she was doing after the party. "It's fine, it happens," Jenna assured him, remembering her promise that she wouldn't completely judge him because he was intoxicated at the moment. That's what the majority of kids came to parties to do, anyway.
"Uh, I'm probably just going back to my apartment," Jenna told Aaron, giving him sort of a once over. He was sort of worrying her, although she didn't necessarily know the guy that well. Honestly, Aaron was reminding Jenna of Mason, and that kind of scared her a bit. This poor guy probably had know idea where he was at all.

The sane part of Aaron's brain was going to smack him in the morning. It was just decided, because Aaron was honestly being overly ridiculous right now. He sort of realized it too, and he didn't like it - at all. It was part of the reason why he had apologized, though Aaron was sort of surprised that he could even form a coherent thought. Quite frankly, a large portion of his brain was trying to make him burst out into a random song, but Aaron was able to keep that at bay. He had a feeling if he started singing some creepy ass song, Jenna would like him a lot less than she should. And that most certainly would not do. He was surprised she hadn't slapped him across the face yet, but maybe that was a good sign? Honestly, Aaron had no idea. He could hardly remember his last name anymore.
Aaron tried to nod at her explanation. Apartments were always good. Wait - what? Aaron blinked, wondering what the hell he was going to do now that she planned on leaving. He saw something of a fleetingly worried look pass over her face, but when he looked back at her again it was gone. Maybe he'd imagined it? That was probably it, because Aaron was most definitely sure there was no reason for her to feel sorry for him. He was sort of being a dick, after all. Not that he could recognize this, of course. "I sh-sh..." Aaron frowned as he failed to get the words out. Then he cleared his throat and tried again. "Ishould p-probably gotoo," he said, his words jumbling up as he slurred.
Aaron hiccuped again, and then he frowned suddenly as another thought came over him. Where did he live again? Hell, Aaron quite honestly couldn't even remember if he'd driven his car to this party. He was pretty sure he had, because he could feel the keys in his pocket...well, at least he hoped that's what the metal digging into his thigh was. Aaron stuffed his hand in his pocket and fished out his keys, fumbling with them a bit. Yeah, he had definitely driven here. As he observed the key, finding it oddly fascinating for some reason or another, Aaron suddenly forgot that Jenna was standing there with him.
After a moment, he suddenly started as he realized she was still there. He couldn't quite figure out what the look on her face was, but he shot her a cheerful grin anyway. "Well, I-I sho...should go now. I'll see youaround, Jenna." Aaron turned to stagger toward the door, suddenly focused on the desire to just get home and go to bed and sleep for hours upon hours.

if you could put dumb in a shot glass
The way Aaron was acting was borderline pitiful: stumbling all over the places with his words and his actions and such, however; Jenna was pretty much used to this kind of behavior at parties. Big guys assumed they could hold every ounce of liquor that was handed to them when in reality their tolerance was much lower and then they ended up like Aaron- drunk and confused. Jenna didn't really have sympathy for him, she was usually no nonsense anyway and definitely when it came to things like this. Everyone has control of what they put into their own body, so therefore everyone has to deal with the consequences, right? But watching Aaron slur through his words and stumble over his own two feet in an attempt to leave Jenna's side was enough to make anyone's heart go out. Jenna blamed her softness on Rigg, because she'd started caring a lot more about little things after realizing how short life could be.
Her eyes widened when she saw Aaron pull out his car keys and begin to stumble away from her and head out to his car. "Uh, no Aaron," Jenna stepped forward, taking the hand that he had the keys in, in her own, "You really shouldn't be driving considering how trashed you are." Well, duh. It was kind of obvious that if he could barely walk and speak properly, he would definitely be a hazard behind the wheel and Jenna didn't really feel like dealing with death and sadness if he or anyone else was to get in an accident that night. Let alone if he was to get pulled over. He wasn't even legally able to drink- but who was that drank anymore?
An idea came into Jenna's mind that would easily appeal to Aaron's drunken mind. "Come home with me," Jenna nearly demanded, her eyes appearing sly and a smirk resting on her lips. She was still holding on to the hand that Aaron was holding his car keys in, bringing her thumb up to slowly move down the side of his hand. So maybe she was being a bit of a tease, but from her expertise in drunk party guys, this was about the only way that Aaron would agree to not go out and drive. Part of her felt guilty because of Rigg, but she was sure he would understand if Jenna explained to him that she was potentially saving a life or two. Somethings you just had to sacrifice every now and then, and Jenna had no problem using her natural sex appeal to do so.

For some reason, Aaron could feel himself beginning to grow more tired under the alcohol he had managed to consume. He blinked a few times, trying to fix his fuzzy vision, and frowned and pouted like a lost child when it didn't work. Things just weren't going well at all for the guy, but he figured he probably should've realized that getting drunk off his ass wasn't going to help either, but really it was much too late for that. Aaron hiccuped a bit, keeping one of his hands braced against the wall for a slight support as he "talked" to Jenna. Truthfully it wasn't really talking, it was more like Aaron trying to speak gibberish that she somehow seemed to understand, but whatever. Aaron was doing the best with the situation he'd landed himself in, even though his best was sort of failing just as bad as his judgement. So that was why going home seemed like a good idea, but before he'd managed to stumble his way out the door, she called him back and stopped him. Aaron blinked.
He was utterly confused now. His fogged brain just couldn't keep up, and he had no idea what she was doing. Why was she...was she stalling him? Aaron squinted a bit as he tried to figure it out, but it just wasn't coming to him. Aaron frowned again, his mind effectively befuddled. This was maddening to the sane part of his brain, but there again Aaron was mostly listening to the not so rational part of his mind so it didn't matter that much now. "No?" he questioned with a frown, not really getting her meaning. If she didn't want him to drive, then however did she expect him to get home? Aaron tried to piece this next little puzzle together, but he couldn't figure it out for the life of him. He sure as hell wasn't going to stay there all night, because if he did Aaron would be left at the mercy of his remaining not drunk peers, and that tended to be a bad thing more often than not. He went to protest, shaking his head and denying the fact that he was trashed. He wasn't completely trashed, he was just a little tipsy, that was all.
If he was confused before, now Aaron was just shocked. She wanted him to go home with her? What? But she had practically just turned him down twice, so what was with the suddenly change in attitude? Aaron tried to figure it out, but really all he could focus on was the look on her face. She was so hot, and that's all the convincing his drunk mind needed. He nodded slowly, still sort of wondering if he had just dreamed that she'd asked him. He felt his gaze drift to her hand, then he glanced back up at her curiously, a lopsided smirk on his face. "I knew you'd see it my way," he managed, his words slurring a little less as he slowed down his speech. A grin popped onto his face as he began to lead her out to where the cars were parked. He made it down the steps somehow - probably thanks to her - and looked around curiously.
"W-which is yours?" he questioned, forgetting the fact that she had totally stolen his keys to prevent him from driving, and was probably still hanging on to them. The only thing on his drunk brain was that he was going home with Jenna Taylor, and life was good. Or at least, it was something like that.

if you could put dumb in a shot glass
Seeing the lopsided smirk appear on Aaron's face was much more of a relief than anything at that point; this meant that he wasn't going to put himself or others in danger. Jenna couldn't help but swell with pride for her 'good deed', but little did Aaron know that he was doing something for Jenna as well. Knowing she still had to convince him to let her drive his car to her house, the devious smirk still rested on Jenna's lips.
If she played her cards right everything would work out. Her idea was that she could seduce him enough to get him to go home with her- check- and then further more to get him to let her take his car, because obviously Jenna didn't have one in Manhattan, she'd always taken cabs or subways to get to where she needed to be if it wasn't in walking distance.
As she led him down the stairs of the house and out to where all the cars where, Jenna moved her head to face Aaron's, a sweet smile now apparent on her lips. She ran the hand that was closest to Aaron, and not holding on to his car keys, along the small of his back, under his shirt somewhat teasingly. "I was hoping I could drive your car?" Jenna's voice was soft and her words were slow- mainly to let it sink it to Aaron that she was asking to take his car. Thank God that Aaron was completely wasted and couldn't put two and two together and offer to just drive them himself. But even if that did pop into his swimming mind, that was why Jenna was using her best seducing techniques. He couldn't possibly turn her down while she was standing there so innocently while her hands grazed his bare skin... could he?
Then, after Aaron agreed to let Jenna take the car, she had to decide how exactly she would play this out once they got home. It was obvious that she wasn't going to follow through with how she lead on, but how could she justify that without Aaron leaving? She could hide his keys, but it had to be better than that. Jenna bit bottom lip, thinking of how she would pull all of this off, then deciding that she would cross that bridge when they got there. For now, Aaron had to agree to let her drive his car, and that was her only goal for the time.

Aaron was still rather befuddled about this whole mess, but hey, things were working out in his favor so he knew he shouldn't complain now. Aaron wasn't quite sure exactly what had changed her mind towards him, but something must have. He tried to figure it out as he looked around for her car, but eventually he realized that maybe she just...wanted to? Aaron tried to think about it harder, but when he tried nothing really came to him. His fogged brain didn't let him think very clearly, so he sort of decided that maybe it was time for him to just stop trying to think and just starting going with what his gut was telling him. And right now, his gut seemed to be telling him to just shut up and enjoy the fact that she was touching his bac - wait. When had she snuck her hand up his shirt?
He tried to remember and figure it out, but his mind kept zeroing in on the fact that her hand was under his shirt, and that was just damn distracting. He wasn't sure he cared when she'd done it anymore, because he was definitely liking her sudden touchiness. Aaron had been so focused on her hand, that he had nearly missed her request to drive his car. Aaron frowned a bit, blinking as he tried to comprehend why she wanted to drive his car. Didn't she have one of her own? Well...Aaron's brain suddenly had an idea, and he wondered if he could manage to get away with it without Jenna slapping him or something. He tried to wonder how he could be half sneaky while he was drunk, but then maybe being drunk just added sneakiness to people in general? Or something like that. Maybe. Aaron snapped out of his thoughts.
"If you want to drive my car, I'm gonna need persuasion," Aaron smirked slightly, still trying to keep that damned slur off his speech. He was probably failing, which was most definitely unattractive, and it was sort of starting to annoy him. "I-I mean, how do I know you're a good driver?" he questioned, one of his eyebrows shooting up as he looked at her. He didn't, for one second, think about offering to drive them both, simply because he didn't really want to drive them anymore. He just wanted his "reassurance" that she was a good driver, and then she could go ahead and drive his car wherever the hell she wanted.
A thought suddenly popped into his head, and it made Aaron's lips turn down into something akin to a pout. He had meant for it to be a frown, but still. What if she was just seducing him to...well, he wasn't sure exactly why she'd wanna be seducing him, but what if it wasn't for a good reason? Aaron tried to think this through a bit more, but overall he just failed and managed to give himself a headache. So, Aaron just stuffed the thoughts away, figuring that it was definitely time that he ignored his befuddled brain and focused on her. It would be better for both of them, really, if he just stopped trying to think and just went with it. He'd try to keep his stupid body moderately polite though, but other than that...well. Aaron was tired of getting a headache, so that was that.

if you could put dumb in a shot glass
There was absolutely no way, with the look on Aaron's face, that Jenna was not going to get her way tonight with all of this. That was one of the things that people must not understand about being drunk, and that's the fact every emotion is portrayed right out on their face; In example, it was so obvious that Aaron's mind was completely blown by the fact that Jenna Taylor had snaked her arm underneath his shirt and rested it on his back. Did she mean anything by it? Not at all, she just knew that would get his attention. Hell, it would get any guy's attention, drunk or sober. Aaron just so happened to be drunk, so he was a little more... bold, in a way, with how he felt. Either that or he was completely unsure, but Jenna didn't really have time to think up all of Aaron's possible emotions- all she really wanted to do was get him home and go to bed.
Jenna let out a heavy sigh, "Trust me, I'm an excellent driver," She lied. Honestly, Jenna didn't even have her license to drive a car to begin with, but she'd been practicing and driving with her brother for as long as she could remember. Living in Manhattan though, Jenna didn't really feel the need to get her actual license- anywhere she needed to be she could easily take a subway or taxi to get there. "Why would I even offer to drive if I was a bad driver? I wouldn't want to hurt you." The last word of the sentence practically dripped from Jenna's lips as she had leaned in to whisper it into Aaron's ear. It wasn't often that Jenna got to act like a complete whore to get what she wanted, so this seemed appropriate. Besides, it was for the benefit of others, in this case Aaron, so she was being completely selfless by doing it.. right?
Jenna moved her head slowly away from Aaron's and dropped her hand from his bare back. "So what is it, are you going to let me drive your car?" She grinned, her voice loose and playful as she lifted his keys and dangled them slowly beside her smiling face. She continued to tell herself this was all she really needed to do- convince Aaron that she was capable of driving his vehicle to her apartment. Then there was the fact that Aaron was probably expecting Jenna to have sex with him, but she'd handle that later.

Yup, now Aaron was seriously confused about the whole twist of events. Why was she coming onto him now? He thought she'd made it clear that she most certainly didn't want to let him in her bed, but now here she was practically offering it up. Aaron was so damned confused. He blinked, but that definitely didn't help. Suddenly random lyrics of songs began to pop into his head, effectively confusing him further. He began to go off with the songs, sort of not really paying attention to what was going on around him. He completely missed Jenna's comment about her excellent driving skills, and was only able to bring himself back when his fogged brain caught the fact she was talking to him. "M'kay, I'll let'cha drive," Aaron finally relented, figuring there would be no harm in it.
Besides, maybe if he let her drive she'd be more inclined to let him have what he wanted? At least, that's what he was hoping for. Maybe he was being just a little bit naive, but there was no harm in it, so why not? He could convince Jenna to let him stay with her, that much Aaron was sure of. Or at least, his overly drunk brain was sure of that. Aaron's drunkenness sort of gave him a rather arrogant side, but there wasn't much that could be done about that. He was drunk for the night, and he was determined to get Jenna to go to his bed. Step one, well, she practically just completed that for him by agreeing to take him home. It had to be smooth sailing from there, right? Aaron didn't really know, but he definitely hoped so. Jenna was hot, there was no doubt about that. Hell, he had nearly shivered when she'd whispered in his ear. Damn, she's good, Aaron thought, doing his best to not tip over.
Aaron pouted a bit, not really liking when she pulled back from him. That definitely wouldn't do. "Yuuuuup," Aaron said, popping the 'p' in the word, "you can drive my c-car." His attention was totally hooked on her face now, and whatever he had been thinking moments before had suddenly just zoomed out the window. He looked her over once, then reached out and grabbed her hand that held his keys. Aaron sort of led her to the door, though she was probably the one who was keeping him from stumbling and falling flat on his face. When they left, Aaron sort of was at a momentary loss. Where the hell had he parked his car, anyway? Aaron glanced at Jenna, frowning a bit as he tried to remember where it was.
"I t-think my car's o-over...uhm..." Aaron glanced around. He let go of Jenna's hand, then scratched his head as he tried to remember. Actually, he had no clue where his car was. Thankfully enough, by some smallish miracle, he hit the unlock button on his keys when he went to let go of her hand. Aaron's head snapped in the direction, and he grinned brightly. "Right there." He lightly grabbed Jenna's arm again and stumbled away from the house and in the direction of his car. He had a fleeting thought of pressing her against it and kissing her, but no. That definitely wouldn't do. It might mess up his chances tonight, and Aaron was going to do his best to avoid messing up his chances.
"S-s-so," Aaron began, still having major issues with the letter 's', "where're you taking me, a-anyway?" He hoped it was back to her place. Or maybe she'd already said she was taking him back to her place, and he'd just forgotten? Either way, Aaron just hoped it was her place. And he hoped her parents or whoever she lived with wasn't home. That would definitely be very helpful.
