» OVERALL: Renee claims not to have a set style, but she does have a tendency to wear the more vintage or bohemian-like outfits. She doesn't really care, though, the important for her is that she likes it, so it's possible to see her wearing jeans and a t-shirt from time to time, even though that's not what she usually wears. Although she doesn't really care about sticking to a certain style she does make sure to plan her outfits, and she most certainly hates to look like she has dressed in the dark and it is probably because of this that many deem her as girly. One thing one would expect Renee to wear since she's such bubbly and easygoing individual, would be bright colors, but the girl usually avoids that. It's not that she doesn't wear color, it's just that she doesn't like bright colors on her. In her own words, she hates to look like a walking neon sign.

» GOALS:
- become an architect
- see the world (and photograph it too)
- own a bar/restaurant
- write and publish a book
- have a family
» OVERALL PERSONALITY: Renee is usually quiet, and by quiet I mean, she literally doesn’t like to talk that much, especially if she doesn't know someone. She simply sees no point in making small talk, so if she doesn't have anything to talk to you about, she won't. Even if she knows you, she tends to be quiet, listening rather than talking. However, she has absolutely no problems when it comes to voice her own opinions and though, if the moment calls for it, and she can chat nonstop if she's in the mood for that. Also, she has no problem with going up to a stranger and speaking to them normally, but still, she has to have something to say to them (like compliment them or something, or if she finds them interesting enough). She is the kind of girl that will deal with the problems rationally and logically, but she isn’t that much interested in theories or concepts unless she sees a practical use for them. There’s a big deal of curiosity in her, especially when it comes to the mechanical aspects of things.
Even with the usual quiet façade she pulls, Renee has a very adventurous spirit, being interested activities that are full of adrenaline. She loves the action, and for most things, she is actually fearless. This connects to another part of her, she is a very independent person that likes to have her own space and make her own decisions. And with this comes one of the main negative aspects of her being, she doesn’t really believe in rules, and usually has a hard time following them. This happens because, in her mind, all the rules she would have to follow would make it hard to ‘do her own thing’. Another not so good thing that comes from her adventurous spirit is that she tends to get bored very easily. Despite this unwillingness to follow the rules, she is highly loyal to her causes and beliefs. And even thought she doesn’t really follow rules imposed by others, she lives by a very strict code of conduct and nearly never strays from it.
She really doesn’t like to make judgments based on her own values, feeling that any sort of judgment must be made impartially, based on hard fact. This often makes her disregard how much she affects others, and she tries her best not to pay much attention to her own feelings, most of the times completely ignoring them or simply doubting of them. However, most of the times, this disregard for her feelings makes her bottle things up and eventually she’ll blow up, having a sudden outburst or anger or a panic attack. After this kind of situations happen, she usually goes through a very gloomy phase, starting to doubt of everything, especially of her own capacities.

» HISTORY: We start out with simple stuff, as life is usually much more simple when you're a child. Renee was, of course, no exception to this, and if there's something she takes pride in is the fact that her childhood - all her life, as a matter of fact - was ruled by a state of normalcy that could easily make one mistake it for boring. She doesn't mind it though, in fact, she'd much rather have a normal and nearly boring life than some drama filled life. Of course that there was drama in Renee's life, but most of it happened before she was born. It seems that the plan for her existence was to condense all the drama before she was born so that she could be free of it during her life.
Speaking of which, Renee wouldn't be here if at some point in time her parents hadn't met. And boy, was it love at first sight. As hard as that might be to believe, it was really what happened that faithful day when Eliza Wolfe met James Hudson. They couldn't stop thinking about each other since that moment, and it didn't took long for them to actually start dating. They seemed like the perfect couple. No, they were the perfect couple. Everyone thought that they would be the ones to last, even after college. And they did last, just not that long. They were young, they were stupid, and most of all, they wanted to rush everything. And marriage was something they weren't prepared for, especially when Eliza found out she had a baby on the way. Her parents had warned her she shouldn't take things so fast, should think it through before she took a step like marriage without being ready. But she felt ready and she though they just didn't like James because he came from a different background than them. After all, the Wolfes were a pretty important family, old money and all. And James, well James was a nobody. In the end, her parents had been the ones who were right, cause in the nine months that took for Renee to come to this world, their oh so perfect relationship died, was buried and now rests in peace.
Yes, the two of them had gotten divorced even before the baby was born, and Renee has absolutely nothing to remind herself of her father, not even a last name. Honestly, he never seemed to care about said baby, and honestly, the only time Renee actually asked why she didn't have a daddy was when she was five. Her mother had explained her - the best way she could explain this sort of situation to a five year old - that mommy and daddy had stopped loving each other, and so, they had decided to go their separate ways. and that was why they were now living with their grandparents. Eliza had decided to move back home with her parents. It was the best course of action, all things considered.
At this point one might be wondering how having that sort of background history makes one's life so normal it's borderline boring. As weird as it sounds, it did just that for Renee. The fact that her parents were divorced never really bothered her, because, let's face it, she never knew her father, so she never had a father to miss. And as for the rich beyond means part, Renee's grandparents made sure she got the same education as her mother. Meaning they taught her the value of money, and that you couldn't think you'd had the world in the palm of your hands just because your family had funds and that really helped Renee not become a spoiled rich brat who would get everything she wanted. She would get what she wanted, if and when she proved she deserved it. So, all in all, she was pretty much a normal kid, only she had more money than the average normal kid. Of course when she was a younger, this more complicated part of her life never really played a great role, and so, her childhood was simple, and happy. She was one of those lucky little kids that really has nothing to worry about.
However, as it happens to most people, life stops being as simple as it was once you grow up. She never really stopped being happy, that's a given for Renee. However, her carefree existence was put to a test. School came, and with that, a almost obsessive pursuit of perfection by her grandparents. Perhaps it was the fear she might follow the same patterns as her mother that drove them, but whatever it was, it annoyed Renee. Now, ever since she was a child, Renee had always been grounded. She knew where she was, who she was, and once she figured what she wanted to do with her life, she had set a plan for it, and would not stop (she is not going to stop) until she finds herself where she envisioned she would be. Yet, it annoyed her someone else had decided how she would be, and what's worse, someone had decided she had to be perfect, and that was impossible.
It's probably from where Renee's dislike for rules and tendency to ignore them comes from. Yet, she has yet to act up, make a fuss, tell them she can't be, that she won't be, what they want her to be. And even with that, every mistake she makes burdens her, making her feel like she's letting those she loves down. The only question left to ask is, how long, will this fragile balance last?

» RP SAMPLE:Renee had always been the kind of person who would wear her heart on her sleeve. The girl was pretty much an open book for anyone to read. While she wasn’t exactly the chatty type (unless you knew her, and in that case she would talk nonstop), her face and body language was normally enough for one to know what was going on with her. On a normal day, Renee was a little ball of sunshine, and it would be had for anyone to feel sad next to her. This, of course, was something the girl itself was quite unaware of. After all, it was just the way she normally was, why would it affect other people. If she was particularly happy though, you would know it. The same would happen if she was feeling sad. Whenever that happened, Renee would probably look like a lost puppy, and anyone, even if they didn’t know her, would be able to tell that something was wrong. Maddie seemed to share this trait with Renee. Something the younger girl liked.
Being this way towards life, Renee couldn’t really understand why there were so many people willingly hiding their feelings. All in all, she found that a bit weird. Annoying too, and a bit silly as well. If you’re not happy with the way things are going for you, why must you act like you are? It was a concept she couldn’t quite grasp, and it confused her beyond means. Like public displays of affection, for example. She didn’t get why so many people seemed to dislike them… sure there were boundaries, of course, but those simple things had no problem at all. After all, you feel something towards someone; you should sow it, right?
Maddie’s less than happy mood was something that was bothering Renee. It usually did when her friends were involved. She wanted to know what was going on, know what she could do to make things better. But most times, she felt bad in asking, even if it were her best friend (okay, if it was her best friend that wasn’t a problem). To put things simply, Renee didn’t feel like it was her place to ask, as it could be some sort of personal business people wouldn’t like to discuss, and would probably be mad about it.
However, it seemed Maddie didn’t want to discuss whatever it was that was bothering her. Very well then, Renee would take no notice of the fact. Because if she did curiousity would start to gnaw away at her insides and she would end up questioning the older girl and probably regretting it. Instead she laughed at the other’s sarcasm, feeling it couldn’t be too bad of a thing if Maddie had still kept some of her humor. All the better.
She couldn’t help but scrunch up her face in disgust as the older girl mentioned Twilight. “Please, like there’s any realism in sparkly vampires. Bram Stoker is probably rolling around in his coffin. Besides, the whole plot revolves around the same thing… it’s annoying to tell you the truth” To say she disliked the book would be an understatement. In fact she could go on and on with reasons why the book wasn’t worth reading, but she figured it might not be the best course of action.
There! Right there! She could ask what she wanted and not sound nosy, perfect. “Is it something wrong?” The younger female asked with a hint of concern audible in her voice. “And I’m hardly hiding… I mean it’s not my fault no one really comes here. Besides, our teacher couldn’t come to class today, so we were allowed to do whatever we wanted with our time” she explained with a shrug as if to say she would rather be reading then doing whatever idiot thing the rest of her classmates were doing.
