» OVERALL PERSONALITY:
There are many ways in which to describe Crusifix Anthony. Needless to say, Cross is distinctive and irreplaceable as a person. He’s confident and spontaneous, which makes him extremely likable to those who first meet him. He’s always been that way, ever since he was a child, having learned to much from his father. He was influenced from a young age by the street type of life. He often compares himself to the hip hop artist 'Plies' because he truly believes he's the realist person attending the school. He is the type of person who would crack multiple jokes on a person just for laughs. However, he is sombre when needed and is known for his thoughtfulness and his way of thinking. Laughter, joy, unpredictability, mystery, happiness; they were all vital, to him especially.
Cross is slightly reserved; he doesn’t keep to himself much, though speaking about his troubles and feelings isn’t quite what he’s used to. He was never the type to sit and cry, moaning about his feelings; actually, quite the contrary. His private feelings are just that, private. He rarely shares such personal feelings with anyone; save those he’s awfully close too which are rare seeing as he dislikes showing weakness. He’s outspoken and opinionated, though his feelings are never really part of that. If he doesn’t agree with something, he’ll be upfront about it. There’s no beating around the bush, not with Cross. He is the type of person and even the type of friend; who’ll set the reality of the situation, no cutting corners, no cheating, and just plain facts. It might not be what some people want to hear sometimes, and even though he might be quite the optimist at times (or a pessimist in others) he’s also a realist.
He is also extremely charismatic; he’s easily able to befriend people upon first meeting them, mainly because of his outgoing, attractive personality, despite the fact that he’s sometimes 'high' when he’s out. He’s not stuck up at all, and he enjoys others company, even if he’s never met them before. He is the type who upon meeting a person would feel as if he’s known them for years and act normally around them. He’s never been timid or bashful not in front of people he first met. In actual fact, his charisma is what attracts others. It is definitely a vital trait in his personality. He likes to believe in the best in people, and is quite determined, though through his past experiences, he does find it quite challenging to do so. Cross, in addition, has a very good sense of humour.
Moreover, Cross does have a few negative traits. He’s not exactly prudent. He’s a danger to himself due to his impulsivity, and because of that, he sometimes leads to violent solutions. He’s quite violent and uses his words quite harshly when in a fight. That side of him is hardly ever seen except in certain instances, like street fights and arguments when someone would attack him, or someone he cares about. He wants to win, always. His desire to beat everyone, and to be the best that he can be, is exceptionally strong. Competition is something he craves, yet at the same time, the threat of it annoys him. He seems lost whenever it must come to that, and his emotions after would be so exceptionally confusing that he always must have some time to himself and visitors are definitely not welcome. He’s also manipulative highly manipulative and although he doesn’t particularly long for anything personal, he does distract himself with marijunia and alcohol. His smarts are sometimes used for the wrong reasons, though not as often as one might think. He knows where he stands and what to do with his life, though he thinks that on his way, he might as well have some fun. Sleeping around and drinking, however, is his idea of fun.

» HISTORY:
BIRTH
In all, Cross' birth wasn’t any more different than anyone else’s. His mother went into labor on July 8th, around 9:00 pm, and by the next day, Crusifix Mason Anthony was born into the world. His mother, having been bipolar most of her life began to seem to treat her child differently, depending on if she had taken her medication or not. Sometimes she would get so depressed and angry she’d threaten her own infant son’s life, and the doctors had a check-up on him every 6 months until he was 3 to make sure nothing was wrong with him because of her disorder.
His father, a pro football player and all, was rarely home. Acclaimed to be one of the top athletes in America at the time, it wasn't unusal for the young boy to be showered with gifts when his father returned home from the season. Growing up his father had been his hero, and he wanted to be just like the man. Yet as an infant, Cross grew up lonely in his house, but in Detriot, he had some close childhood friends.
TODDLER-CHILD
As Cross matured a bit, he began to see what would happen when his father wasn’t around, when his mother didn’t take her meds, saying she didn’t need them. He attempted to tell his father one day, when he was 6 that Mother hurt him, but he never believed his son, but the final straw for Cross, and thankfully his father, was when Martha tried to kill herself. When Cross was 9, his mother was sent to live in an asylum. The young boy grew lonely, since his father was never around, too busy living his dream life to worry much about his son.
As he matured more, he witnessed his first boxing match on television when he was 10. Ever since – he’s been into boxing and has been training. The reason though, when he was 11, is called Smash, is because he accidentally ran into a water heater, and his father was thankfully there – and patched him up, and began to call him Smash, which he now uses as his boxing match name.
ADOLOESCENT-TEEN
Once in awhile, Cross would go and attempt to visit his mother, though she hardly recognized him. He had to bring pictures of them together when he was a child to prove to her who he was exactly. Cross gave up when he turned 13, and was sent to live with his Grandmother right in the city of Manhattan. Everyone in the city knows his grandmother well, and therefore in turn, everyone knew the young man as well. He didn’t mind everyone knowing him – much, but he didn’t like it either. He grew into both boxing and basketball. Cross doesn’t know what he wants to do yet, he just wants to get through high school in mostly one piece, while taking out everything and everyone in his way if he must to get where he wants to go.

» RP SAMPLE:With the basketball season starting and now being the starting point guard on the Varsity team everything seemed to be working out smoothly for the Sophmore. Tyson had almost finished his first album but had yet to make it to Dallas to a few of the record companys to check it out and see if they wanted to sign him. His father played for the Dallas Cowboys so promoting his album with one of the most valued players in the NFL should have been simple enough, but Tyson hadn't talked to him in a couple of months now. The young man had used most of the money his father sent to him on a week basis for studio time and all he had left to do on his first cd was finish the last song but with basketball starting up he had very little time for himself.
As usual basketball practice went over the three hour set time that the coach had for the team but it didn't seem to bother Tyson or any of the other guys on the team. Almost like football, basketball seemed to be a way of life in Centreville and with the football team not winning State this year the focus of a Championship season seemed to shift onto the basketball team. Tyson took it well though, he loved being at the center of attention. After practice had ended the sophmore went into the locker room, took a shower, and casually put back on the clothes that he had worn to school that day. It was a friday and the last one for the next two months that they wouldn't have a game so he wanted to get out of there as soon as he possibly could. Pushing open the door to the locker room he walked out into the hallway and strolled toward the main doors that led out into the parking lot. Thankfully none of the rally girls were at school after hours or he would have been irriated right away by them flocking around him and asking him pointless questions that they didn't really want an answer to anyway.
It only took him a couple of minutes to make it to the main doors, pushing them open he walked down the steps infront of the door and strolled down the sidewalk toward the parking lot. Tyson was wearing his usual attire, loose fitting blue jeans that sagged off his waist alittle bit, a white undershirt with a yellow polo shirt with the collar up, and white and yellow Air Force One's that seemed to go perfectly with that he had on. Reaching into the front pocket of his jeans, he pulled out his car keys and fumbled around with them for a few seconds before pressing the unlock button upon his key pad. The black impala next to the aston martin witin the parking lot beeped once to let him know the drivers side door was unlocked now. His dark brown eyes fixed upon the expensive car next to his own as he made his way in that direction. The young man couldn't help but wonder who in the hell was driving a car like that around this town. Sure, Tyson had money and his father had offered to by him a Cadillac Escalade the last time they had talked to one another but he perferred something alittle more casual. Well in a way his car wasn't like the rest within the parking lot, chrome rims, ten thousand dollar sound system that could almost break windows.
